Effective Creation and Management of RACE groups


The course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively establish, facilitate, and lead race-based groups. These groups are aimed at promoting understanding, healing, and personal growth in the context of racial identity and experiences.

Participants will explore the psychological processes involved in racial identity development, gain insights into the challenges faced by individuals from different racial backgrounds, and learn how to create a safe and supportive environment for group members to share their experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
