#TADF is for anyone who wants equality within the mental health profession especially for those who have been historically or situationally marginalized because of their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual and gender diversity, neurodivergence, disability, language, citizenship, class, and socio-economic status. #TADF is for collective healing, relational restoration and structural health.

All therapists as part of the organising #TADF community are registered members of professional bodies (or equivalent independent) in the UK such as BACP, BABCP, BPS, NCS and UKCP. Our organising members work in private practice or in the helping professions including social services, education and youthwork. We are a small friendly team of independent advocates who passionately want to improve standards of services delivered to ALL consumers of therapy.

We have an active community of institutes, training providers and individual trainers who we are working with to improve initial and further trainings.

Please note TADF & #TADF is a collective collaboration which anyone can join without permission providing they believe in our ethos. Through community and collective consciousness we bring ourselves to the change process.
