Evaluating Embedded Approaches to Social Context, Normativity/Diversity, and EDI-by-Design Curricula Using The Wholeness Solution Tools, Pedagogy, and Framework.
We invite students to propose in their courses in counselling and psychotherapy training programmes to investigate the impact of:
- Embedded curriculum design using The Wholeness Solution (where social context, normativity, difference, and equity are integrated throughout teaching, supervision, and assessment).
Examples include: Ease of transition from add-on approach, student satisfaction and value, practice readiness esp. with difference/marginalised clients, training methods. If of interest email newintro@tadf.co.uk for a call.
