Embedded pedagogy: Keep it simple: The whole embedded approach is accessible and low-cost. It involves introducing the Whole Self Experiencing model (WICKET-BOND – Barriers & Opportunities / Normativity Difference) at the start of course orientation, where the group is invited to reflect on their own experiences and their context. This helps embed the model into self and using it as a reference to understand of others/clients. Subsequently, it is used as a reference throughout all training, included in course materials from the outset, and displayed on classroom boards. Attendees refer to it as they progress through their learning and practice. Trainers in organisations can contact us for free train-the-trainer CPD.
